What is the normal weight for a 13 year old that's 5'2" ?!


Question: I'm 5'1" and 21 years old. I weigh 103. So I think if you are 98 pounds and over you are fine! If you are under that.. its no good, and you should be reconsidering your diet. Fill it with more complex carbohydrates and fruits.

Edit: I base this on my lowest weight that my height should be, and thats 95 pounds. Under that would be underweight for me. So at 5'2" I would say 98 pounds.

i weigh 110,and they say thats
healthy,i always feel fat.
but everyon thinks there fat

115-125 would be very average.

110 is normal. IF you are under 100, you should eat more, don't worry about your weight, you are growing.

im 15, 5'1.

so i would think maybe 103-120.

It depends on the person and how they are built. 100-120 is about average. I am 5'8" and 150 lbs and I am more fit than 120 lbs 5'8" people that I am around all the time. Weight is just a factor. What should matter is how the weight sits on you. Mine is mostly muscle since I play a lot of sports. If you want go to the doctor and have the do a body fat measurement. That will help you determine what you % body fat is and what a good weight for you is. I have about 13% body fat (7-9% is what most Olympic runners have and that is excessively low. (Females should have between 13-21% usually). Don't go by your BMI, BMI's say that i am overweight where in actuality I have a lower fat content than than a perfectly healthy and nourished person.

Under a hundred? It truly depends on how much under. I wouldn't worry about it.That age, weight is very variable. Huge range of "normal" weight, let me tell you. I personally was 110 at that age, but because of variance in girls' figure and development (you know what I mean), weight can be very different. I wouldn't worry if I were you.

I am 13, 5.4, and 103 but it varies.
I am that athletic girl who is good at every sport though,
and i run alot over the weekends.
But i just turned 13 a few days ago sooo yeah.
I think it is between 90 to 140.
Every girl is different.
Dont worry about your wieght.
Unless you are self conscoius...
