Are there any vitamins that won't make me nauseous?!
Question: i'm pretty healthy, i'm average weight, i'm 17, 5'6 122 lbs, i don't know if that has anything to do with getting nauseous from vitamins but whatever. i can't take multivitamins because whenever i do i get extremely nauseous not long after and it's unbearable. but i want to take SOMETHING in the way of vitamins. are there any vitamins out there that won't make me sick? or is there a certain time i could take them? they make me sick whenever i take them, i used to take them after breakfast and they made me sick, i switched to taking them before going to bed and i still ended up nauseous. any advice?

Try taking half the multi vitamin in the morning and half at night. I had the same problem and this worked for me.

well this may seem kinda dumb bu maybe you should try to take the flinstones vitamins. i dont think thoughs wll get you nauseous

well at a gnc or vitamin world you could get a vitamin complex which is in liquid form and usually has flavor I take it its in a bottle with a medicine dropper and should do the trick runs about 5-8 dollars
