My legs!!!?!


Question: ok here is the deal...my friend and i are trying to shap out legs mor and lose thoes last 10 pounds for bathing suite season! Well we try to run about every day but it does not seem like it is working so i was wondering if you could help me or at least point me into the direction to were i could get exercises that acually work....that would be awesome!!

For your butt and thighs I suggest doing squats. you can do it with just your body weight and get some good result. just spread your legs shoulder width apart. keep your back straight and squat down till your booty is about level with your knees. repeat this nice and slow for about 3 set of 10 reps. every other day. you can work your calves by standing on your steps or getting on the curb if your outside. keep your toes pointing straight fwd legs hips width apart, the ball of your feet on the step heels hanging off. then again slowly bring yourself up on your tiptoe and then bring yourself down in a controlled movement to about a 10 degree flex then back up, and so on. again do 3 reps of about 12-15 of these every other day or three days depending on how your legs feel the next day. lunges will also get you pretty good results in the upper leg just make sure you take your time with any new excersize to prevent yourself from being injured.

SQUATS! aloott of them.

If you're starting to plateau, you need to increase your workout. Run farther, and harder. Push yourself. Do some weight training to boost your metabolism and tone your muscles.
