I completely understand!!! Used to live in Philadelphia, was a bartender, smoked a ton, and a full-time student. My skin was atrocious. First, try to cut back on some of your extra curricular activities. Fortunately, most of the bars these days are smoke-free. So second hand smoke environments are not a factor on your skin.
As for supplements, Omega-3 fatty fish oils 1000 mg x 2 a day at least - I sometimes take 4. I definitely notice the difference in my skin. A good multivitamin is crucial. I am also taking 3 of those hair, skin, and nail vitamins a day. Also Ester C is good.

Products. First of all, do not ever wash your face with scolding hot water. All the alcohol is drying it out and hot h20 will only make it worse. I use a basic cleanser, dove soap or dermalogica clay cleanser. Spray a light toner - no alcohol based toners. And moisturize with a Vitamin c based moisturizer. It is important to get those vitamins in topical form. The vitamins that we digest aid our organs and other insides and by the time they get to our skin they are already used up.

Instead of drinking hard liquor (I love vodka) but I have cut back considerably..lol. Opt for a Pinot Noir if you like red wine. It does not stain your mouth and it is tasty!!! Love it - though sometimes I can drink a whole bottle myself. Pinot Grigios are ok for white. But I prefer red. Plus its good for you

Food. H2o and lots of it. Stay away from sugar! Green tea is powerful. Also, salads- green leafy veggies: Spinach, romaine lettuce, etc. Pomegranate juice is a fabulous antioxidant beverage.

Lastly, your body is amazing and resilient. If you stick to a regime and well balanced diet, it will get back on track. Presently, I am doing hot yoga - 90 minutes a day - 5x a week. It is in a building that is 110 degrees (like a sauna). And saunas are soo goood for your skin. My skin and body are feeling fabulous. I feel aligned and am for the first time, in my life, listening to my body. I don't crave junk food, cigarettes or alcohol. I went out to dinner tonight and while everyone else had cocktails, I opted for water and said no to the tobacco. Everything is about balance and moderation. Namaste

u need sleep. and no smoking and drinking. just these 3 will help you

try to start getting more sleep at night
you could just take a multi vitamin

You need to drink lots of water, maybe start a vitamin regimen and get lots of sleep.

lots of water a multivitamin and b6 vitamin which eliminates toxins in your body...also relax and take time for yourself...I'm pretty sure you already know you need to eat a healthy balanced diet....and don't forget pamper yourself....Mary Kay skin care products are great for your face, if it is to expensive Biore is great also....SLEEP,SLEEP,SLEEP

Retinol.
