Is this healthy/normal?!


Question: I am a skinny 18 year old so I decided to lift weights and eat a lot. I was recommended to eat every 3 hours (healthy food that has a lot of protein + protein supplements). I have been doing this almost 2 weeks now and I feel drowsy and have been farting a lot is this normal? (i'm guessing i've been farting a lot because my body is trying to get rid of the bad things. I don't know why i've been drowsy though).

maybe its because you're doing more strenuous things you're blowing off alot ha ha ha,no seriously its the weightlifting and change in diet that's making you tired eat evenly and balance you're diet and you'll settle down,and so will you're stomach(hopefully),
