Did you gain weight over this cold winter?!?!

Question: OMG I have never had a weight problem I've always thought myself to be perfect weight for my height and I'm thinking that once it gets a little warmer I will shed the pounds easily but what if I don't? What are you doing to try to lose the winter fat?

i plan on matching my winter weight gain with a spring and summer weight gain, pound for pound. I want to add an additional 2-3 bowling ball sized fat layers to my chest, abs, and belly. I'm going to watch those wrists and ankles disappear into trunks. Look out burger king, here i come. too bad burger king doesn't have a buffet.

Yea I am like any animal that has to hibernate *L* Where I live its cold and not much to do so I tend to put on a few extra lbs but ... It comes off just as fast when it starts to warm up as I do many things outdoors.. hiking and fishing etc... and I ride my bike and walk alot.. GOOD LUCK

u dont get out much during winter so that means not engough exercise as u get in the summer

it will come off easily once u start going outside

haha im exactly the same as you. i train in athletics through the summer and usually stop during the winter months (or not go as regularly to the track) and it shows big time when i go back. in the winter, whenever i was eating snacks or unhealthy junk i would tell myself" you'll lose it in the summer" , but im not so sure this year :S

im just gonna try extra hard excercising and stop the snacking :) good luck x

Normal to gain a few during the cold months.....we're outside less, and our metabolism actually slows.
Question now is, what are you going to do about it? Whine and complain, or DO something about it? Each of us has to answer that question daily....and not just about weight!!
Good luck and I hope you CHOOSE to do something about your weight gain.

No I am the same weight as I was in high school.Perfect! And shape!
