It's not a good idea to take protein supplement without talking with your doc. Adding protein to your diet can cause all kinds of problems including kidney problems, reduced calcium absorption, etc. It is much better to get your protein from natural sources such as meats and dairy products like yogurt.

Milk. You can throw the protein, milk, and your fravorite fresh fruit in a blender for a nice shake too.
should have picked a better flavour, u are supposed to mix the protein with water as it says on the box, vanilla and water is a bad taste especially if u are to be drinking this stuff for 2 weeks
