Lose weight and Tone up.?!


Question: Ok so i have worked it out.. I am 13 stone and I wanna lose 2 stone now 3500 calories is one pound and 14 pounds is a stone so I want to lose it by 14 weeks and when I added it up it turns out like this if I lose 1000 calories a day then I will be the weight I want by 14 weeks.First I wanna know does any1 think this is possible with the way I worked it out and does anyone know any good websites with healthy foods on it. Thanks to everyone who replies
