How do I put on some weight...I already know lift weights...thats a given...?!

I eat a can of tuna or salmon about 4-5 days a week.
That's plenty of protein.
Eat all your meals, eat healthy, don't try to eat fattening foods to gain weight, because all you're doing is gaining fat, AND doing your liver damage!
