How bad is eating extra 1000 kcals?!
Question: i mean im trying to loose weight but i ate 2 packs of chocolate today and its like 1000 kcals andim craving one more... im thinking if ill be fine if i eat it...
im 13 btw and stuck at home so i cant move much this week (bad weather and vacation so im just waching tv all day)??
