How do I get past my fear of gaining belly fat?!
Question: This may sound weird for a 17-year old guy, but I have a continuous fear that no matter what I eat or how much I eat I will gain belly fat. I stick to my 2000 daily calorie limit, but I still worry. How do I overcome this fear? Please help!

cardio workout (running, walking, sports, jumprope, etc.) keeps the fat off
and do crunches to maintain a nice stomach
Stop eating. Whenever you feel hungry drink water. If you end up binging, throw the food back up.
Only eat foods that contain less calories than the energy gained by eating them (apples, celery, etc)
then you might lose some weight, this is important for your health.
95 is your max safe weight.
workout 1-2 hours daily & binge on fruits, veggies and green tea regularly..
Obviously the second answer is much more sensible than the first.
well have any food in moderation and willpower..allow your self to eat only good foods for you with high protein and less fat and carboydrates.. Just work out alot and stay positive that you wont gain couse youve jogged or exersice
also do about 40 crunches a day, there great for tonning or bye a yoga ball!!
I always look at obese people and My mind subconciously, tells me not to look that way. Lol Good Luck!!
