Weight obbsetion....what do i do?!


Question: every day i beat myself up with my weight, i ride my bike and take walks everyday, but i keep gaining, i don't eat unhealthy either....i am 5'5, 14, and 155! i cry nearly everyday about my body, people think i weigh 115!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how to forget it!

You know loosing weight is a slow process, paradoxically worrying too much wont help as it all too often leads to despair and hence comfort eating. Its easy for me to say but try keeping your chin up for a couple of months and if you do exercise and eat healthy as you suggest you should see some sign. good luck!

secondly, understand that your value isn't calculated in weight.

thirdly, youre only 14. still developing, when you grow in height it'll go away!

um i think u shud play as much sports as possible. do treadmilll and shud swim as well . do a lot of exerscise and go on a diet for like a month. eat only salad's . no non veg food
