My mother has knee problems, and she is an occupational therapist. She recommends water aerobics. It is not as intense as other exercise, but it will do until your knee heals itself up again.

I am very very sorry about your knee.
Maybe you can do exercises that are not too strenuous. Remember that it doesn't matter what type of workout you do, just make sure you are moving and you are keeping your heart rate up.
Maybe try swimming?

try to find out the cause: if your doing the smae thing over and over and it keeps happening over and over, unless you change what you do, the problem wont stop.

seek physio advice, get sone advice on your posture and technique from yoga instructors, alexander technique instructors and personal trainers.

Also make sure your trainers fit properly: go to a speailist like runners need and get your actual running method analysed, then see if your trainers are suitable, if they are not and your over pronating for example, ths could be why your getting the same problem over and over.

don't workout, lessen your food first. Then, once you achieve your target weight, you start working out to tone your body and lessen those sagging skins.

lossing weight is more of self-discipline, control and patience. If you are obese focus on removing carbs, sweets and fats. Don't eat to much rice, white bread and starch pasta, no cakes, no soda and beer, burgers, fried chips.

You can eat whole wheat cereals, fruits, wheat pasta, vegi, tea, fish and lean meat (grilled not fried) and use olive oil.

The simple answer is you can't workout to lose weight. Exercise will tone up your body and help restore the elasticity of skin thus getting you back into shape after you have lost weight but the only way to lose weight is to eat healthily. Exercise should be used in conjunction with diet to lose weight but can't be used by itself. I agree with those recommending swimming or other exercise in water to take the load off your joints while ensuring all the other benefits of exercise.

Get a program from your doctor.

I suggest taking a few days off and let it heal a bit before you go back to it. Knee Bones and back problems OHHHHHHH not good, I do feel for you. The only advantage to constant pain 24 hours a day 365 days a year; it lets one know they are still breathing. The last bunch of years has taught me this. Give it a few days to heal up a bit, you'll thank yourself later down the road. When you do go back into it may I suggest something very low impact to start with, say, isometrics for instance then work back to where you are now. I would also suggest you consult your medical doctor, you've been injured and these things can become serious in short order.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.easy-diet-fit.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
