I would recommend that you burn the fat/flab from your stomach before trying to gain a six pack. Because if you say for example: Start doing sit ups/Crunches while trying to loose the weight, you will slow down the rate of fat loss, and plus it may just add only muscle to your abs, and not losse the flab.

So loose the flabby stomach first by jogging, skipping swimming etc. and then start on the more physical workouts, i.e weights. sit ups/crunches.

Kickboxing is good. Crunches won't get rid of the fat. You have to do cardio first.

but if you want to lose your lower ab fat, run.

do cardio. run. dance.

Ok, whenever your walking around, suck your stomach in, it will over time make your stomach slimmer and strengthen your internal ab muscles.

Also run or play sports alot.

Buy a medicine ball and do 100 sit ups a day.
