Can you lose weight by eating once a day?!


Question: by the way i do not care about the health risk i want to lose body fat badly becaues my life is just terrible, by the way i am 6, 2 and weight 310.

Probably, if you starve. However, you would lose more rapidly going an a 1200 to 1500 a day calorie diet with 20-60 minutes of activity (exercise) a day. Also drink plenty of water and take a good multi vitamin. Try eating 6 times a day. 3 balanced meals and 3 healthy snacks.

Well, no, if you eat 5-6 small and healthy meals a day and exercise, it would be better than practically starving yourself

you'll lose fat and muscle. and get tired and sick. better to eat 1200 calories a day and exercise.

Well i am pretty sure that you wont loose weight like that, but go to some sort of weight loosing place like weight watchers lots of people loose tons of weight from there,

you wont lose body fat. when your body doesnt get food it will start to store fat because your body thinks you are starving itself and it will attack your muscle cells for quick energy. when it comes time when you finally do eat, your body will store all the fat you ate because your body is not sure when it will get food again. best way is to start walking everyday, eat right...hope that helps

nope. if you eat once a day, your metabolism will suffer and you will actually GAIN weight (your body goes into starvation mode and saves everything you take in). eat 4-6 small, healthy meals and drink lots of water.

Your body burns calories digesting, so you'll burn more calories if you eat little bits throughout the day. Also, by eating once a day its really unhealthy and you're probably end up binging.

I do not think that you will lose any weight because you are not having enough calories, your metabolism will slow down because your body thinks that you are trying to starve yourself. This way you will not lose any weight.
You should go to your doctor and get a physical and them he will advise you from there.

you will lose fat as well as a lot of muscle, therefore, when you go back to eating normally (which you will because it is unreasonable to think you will eat that way for the rest of your life) you will gain back all the weight you lost plus some because you won't have the needed muscle to burn calories. and your body will store the majority of the calories you consome because your body doesn't know when it will be feed again since it is in starvation mode from you neglecting it. it's just not a good idea!
