If you suck in your stomach and tighten it, I guarantee you it will.

Any kind of consistent cardio exercise should help you tone up and maybe even drop a few pounds. But you also have to consider the kind of foods you're eating, because it's counteractive to eat junk and exercise, if you want to lose weight. You can start by walking on the treadmill and eventually build up to running, or alternate running and walking for however long you're on the treadmill!

walking is an excellent all-over exercise and helps you tone your whole body, however if you have some fat around your stomach you might want to compliment that by doing a few crunches everyday. it's really not hard to do, just make yourself a plan and do, say 10 crunches right before you get in the shower everyday. that way you won't forget to do them and it'll just take you a couple of minutes to do.... you will definitely see a difference after a few weeks of constantly doing that! good luck!

Reduce bulky food and mass meals. Do Regular excercise in whaterver way you like, but you must perspire at the end.

My personal trainer recommends a healthy diet and when it comes to cardio, she likes me to use the treadmill incliner and the stair stepper. Also I havent yet tried it, but my cousin uses hip hop abs and she has had some results. Good luck ;)
