What are your favorite low-fat, healthy meals/snacks that keep you feeling full !


Question: Green salads keep you full-- it's full of greens and it's all cellulose and it's just going to get out of your system.
I'm not sure about snacks, but whenever you eat something, use low-fat condiments like light mayo, light cream cheese, mustard, etc, so you have a fuller feeling. Put more greens in your meals to make you feel more full! They wont do you any harm.
Although some healthy snacks I would suggest are graham crackers, fruit gummies (make sure they dont have a ton of sugar!) or fruit slices. Packages of unsalted nuts are tasty too.

Brown pasta and brown bread, contain slow burning carbs, therefore you have more energy throughout the day.
Porridge is also a main contributor.
