Has anyone tried turbo jam?!

Yes I have Turbo Jam. I didn't like them at first because I was used to doing Tae Bo and it seemed a little confusing, but once I did the workouts a few times it was actually fun. In the package I got I recieved the DVD with the 5 workouts and a bonus workout. 2 of the workouts are about 40-45 minutes long. There is one 20 minute workout and an ab workout that is also 20 minutes, and the other ones are just instructional. I have to say that even though the workouts are fun, I don't think they are as effective as Tae Bo or some other workouts. I have heard it is kind of like Tae Bo but a 'girly' version... maybe that is true but that's ok, I still enjoy it. There is not much emphasis on lower body. I do like the ab workout though. I was using it almost every day for a few weeks but I think you need to give it at least a month to see results. You don't have to follow the diet but I'm sure it will help you get results faster, but really all you need to do is eat healthy and watch calorie and portion control.
