13 years old.... burning fat?!


Question: i can almost see my ab muscles!!! i'm only a little pudgy around the stomach area. i'm 13... 5'7... and i weight around 120-125. i kno i'm fit. i have enormous quads and calves and my arms are great too. I do cross country, basketball, and lacrosse. none of them work your stomach!!!

i need some simple fat burning exercises that a 13 year old girl could do. (no products please) i have no access to a pool so please do not say swimming, and i don't dance so don't say dancing.

i have a trampoline... does that burn fat? does basketball burn fat?

also i kinda want my boobs smaller... i wear either a 34 A or a 32 B but i still want them smaller.

I'm almost 13 and i have a trampoline too. it depends on what kind you have though....if its one of the small ones(like 3 feet wide) then i dont think that will help. But if it is big (10 ft. or bigger) then jump up, and turn your mid-section when you land on ur knees or butt. it works 4 me! i dunno bout the chicas though sorry!
basketball is a sport so ya it burns fat lol

dont worry about it!!!!
and anything having to do with running burns fat and can help your stomach.
there is no specific way to loose stomach pugde. Just run!!!

i'm 13, only 5 feet, and 1oo pounds. also i'm a 32A and i wish my boobs were big like urs. FEEL LUCKYY!!

also, doing crunches will tone up ur stomach

so from what i am understanding you want to lose sum fat around your stomach area.

thats the only part on my body i focus on toning...just put your legs over the end of a couch and hang off upsidedown above the floor and have someone or something hold your feet/legs down while you go from the floor and up like a sit up...works awesome but make sure you do it every other day instead of every day, it will make the muscle build up faster and not be as sore! : ) hopefully this helped sweetie

try cutting out some carbs but not too much, you sound really active.

you can't burn fat in a specific area.
