Question: To start i can say it really works wonders arms back and even abs...but i'm really score REALLY my chest is score feels like i have giant holes under my skin and my arms ache when i try and lift them should i stretch my muscles even tho its pain full of leave it to heal

definately stretch! its the stretching that will minimise the duration of soreness and help give u more flexibility :)
the pain ur feeling is coz u probably havent done them in a while it also shows that your doing them properly!
swim or jog to work it out....strtching will probably be more pain than its worth
