lie flat on the floor.ralax, feet together.raise only your feet 6 inches off the floor for as long as you can.do this until you can hold out for a minute.the key is dont cheat, you only lengthen the process.believe me,you will have abs ONTOP of your abs.keep it up.many other if interested.

Do 10 sit ups when you wake up, after school/ work, and after supper
The next day
Do 10 cruches when you wake up, after school/work, and after supper
You'll have abs in no time dude

SUNNY:)

do sit ups, like a few hundred per day, keep doing that for a period of about 6-8 months and that 6 pack will really start to show

To make muscle, first you need some fat! Fat gets converted to muscle when you excersize, so if you burn off too much without putting a little back on, you'll stay the same. Try putting on a liiiiittle bit of fat!

At your age though, you're growning all the time!

the first. how feet are you ? When enough tall, you can build a muscle. If you not enough tall, the muscle not too see. The second part. You must go to the gym an do some exercise. I'm trust, you can build 6 packs. I'm 6ft 9in. My shoes size is 18.

Fat does NOT turn into muscle. If your six pack is already partly visible, gaining weight (fat weight) will only hurt you. Just research some ab exercises. If nothing else, just do 3 sets of crunches to failure, and 3 sets of leg raises to failure twice per week. Eat a balanced diet and in a month you should start seeing some noticeable improvements, and by 2 months it should be very noticeable!

The guy who said to gain fat is totally wrong. Actually, the opposite is true. If you have a 6 pack but cannot see it, that means you have a layer of fat (even if small) covering it. So, to get rid of the fat, you need to do cardio exercises. Also, keep up with the crunches/sit-ups (if taht's what you did to get the 6 pack), but, you definitely need the cardio, so you can see them.

lose the flubber on top...or just keep doing situps
