Caffeine/Sugar withdrawals?!

Question: I think I'm having Caffeine/Sugar withdrawals but I'm not so sure

I've got a bad headache
feel nauseous
feel sleepy
palpitations now and then

Does this sound like withdrawal symptoms? I have no idea

I've started a diet because I need to lose about 10 pounds and I thought cutting out caffeine and sugar would be a great boost.... can't say I'm feeling the benefits as of yet, feeling pretty lousy and miserable actually.
I've also cut out alcohol but I didnt drink that much anyway, maybe 3 bottles of wine a week and a couple of small bottles of cider.

=(

This will totally help!
Every morning take enzymes(it's a drink made of fruits and veg) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE YOU EAT. So it would be better when you first wake up, drink that and wash up and then you can go have breakfast.
You take 30ml of that and mix it with 1 third of a glass of water.
For breakfast, take oats with some fruits you like(I'm sure you like sweet things, so fruits are naturally sweet and HEALTHY!)
Drink LOTS AND LOTS of WATER!! At least 3litres a day. Heat brings headache. Don't drink too much water after 9pm cuz you would have to piss a lot when you sleep.
When you eat anything with loads of fat, drink tea. But not those sweet ones. Those chinese tea which you use tealeaves and nothing else. Tea absorbs fat!
When you have sweet stuff, try not to put sweeteners or sugar.
