Lately I'm having self-control issues when others are eating junk around me?!

Discipline. The problem is probably how you are spreading out your meals and what you are eating at those times. Cravings are nothing more than your body letting you know that you are deficient in something, and it will make you reach for whatever it can get it from the quickest, which is always junk food.

Eat breakfast, then every 2.5 to 3 hours after that. Also, add more fiber to your meals in the way of green vegetables, etc.

Last but not least, remind yourself DAILY DAILY DAILY DAILY of your upcoming wedding in August.

I was reading an article today and it said to get a snack that will take longer to eat like popcorn or carrots. But if you have a sweet toothe try raisens or bread & butter pickles, you're to be eating 5 fruits & vegi's in a day so this is a good way to get them in.

If you're wanting to lose weight here is what my nutritionist recommends
drink 8-10 glasses of H2O a day
eat 5 vegi's & 5 fruits eat them don't drink them
go to mypyramid.gov & get the best plan for you & follow it
exercise 30 minutes a day
and when you feel hungry drink a big glass of water & wait 10 minutes before eating

chew gum.

when you go to pick up a snack you know is bad for you, touch each shoulder and your nose, every time you have the urge, cause it will, not only make you feel stupid but it will make people stop and ask why you do it, and snacking is delayed and even stopped if you persist, just till after the wedding, cause then you have him and can snack as much as you want
