Will losing weight effect my breast growth?!

Question: I'm a female and I weigh 105 and my age will remain hidden and I want 2 be skinny (P.S. I don't how many pounds to lose to be skinny, but I do know I need to lose like an inch of my stomach so ya...) anyway, I was wondering since I'm going to be exercising, will it effect my breast growth? Like during the years it's growing, will it grow small cuz I'm going to lose some fat? (P.S....again... if u know some good exercising tips, plz tell me!) I want to lose weight fast but in a healthy way! I'm not doing the whole crash diet! I want to lose weight before we open up the pool (which will be like in a week or so)..... help?

Two to three pounds a week is about all you can safely lose that will stay off.

Breast growth will go as your body's genes have laid out for you unless you are unhealthily depriving yourself of nutrients, then it will affect all of your body's growth. BUT, breast tissue is a fair amount of fat, so if you have little fat on your body, your breasts will be smaller.

Bottom line, it won't affect your breast "development".

If you're a teenager and your breasts are still growing, losing weight won't affect them much (unless you are actually underweight - 105 sounds low, but I don't know how tall you are). You can check on a BMI chart if you are underweight.

If you were overweight, losing weight will make your breasts smaller, but exercising makes your shoulder and chest muscles stronger, so your breasts are higher and a better shape.

Over-exercising is unhealthy too...

But yes, your breasts can grow smaller if you exercise, since they're pretty much just fat.

it depends upon your excercise
