well, i know that skipping breakfast makes you eat more, gain more, but eating nothing else throughout the whole day, even when you're feeling hungry might just put your body into starvation mode.

Actually studies show that eating nothing during the day makes you gain more pounds for a time.

Don't do it. It's just not healthy. It causes your body to shut down.

One day, you'll just not wake up.

So my advice is to just eat alot of food and to eat healthily. Such as vegetables and fruits. Lots of them.

Also, enroll in a sport. Sports are major calorie burners. Trust me. :-) I eat all I want and sports burn it off.

NO....you have to feed your metabolism to keep it working. YOu have to continue fueling your body, the best way to burn calories is......

breakfast(300 calories or less)
snack(100-150 calories)
lunch(under 500)
snack(100-150)
dinner(under 500)

Thats just a basic idea, and then try to burn at least 300 calories a day!

Nope. It just means you'll startle your metabolism and probably eat much more if you do eat throughout the day.

Skipping meals is terrible for so many reasons. You should eat at lest 3-4 times a day to ensure stable blood sugar levels and a properly functioning metabolism and optimal thyroid function.

Starving your body makes you burn muscle for energy which is bad for you. Don't think that an extreme calorie deficit will make you dip into your fat stores. This is an incorrectly perpetuated myth which many people unfortunately fall for.
