Don't skip dinner. If you don't eat then, when you do eat, your body will store more of it as fat. The best diet is to eat alot of healthy foods in SMALL portions. but never skip a meal, that will never help.

Are you trying to almost starve yourself!?
You should have between 1800-2000 calories a day!
EAT!!

Swimming will definitely lose calories-but you seriously need to eat more.

yes ofcorse! your metabolism will still be working after the swim so the pasta will immediatly be worked off without you doing anything! EAT! or you will just binge later and gain weight

Yes, if you are going to swim practice...maybe cut your bowl in half or less...you don't want a food cramp...after...you can eat a bowl........but not after 7 or 8 o'clock at night...that is when your body starts preparing for bed and stops working at night...and starts storing your food as fat cells and as a swimmer you can't have all those extra fat cells, they slow you down....

P.S. I usually only eat a Kashi bar before I go running (i am a runner) and it keeps me good for 4 hours...so if you really don't feel the urge to eat the raviolli , don't.....you don't want to make yourself puke or eat too much...that's is harmful to your body..

I'd say your body should most enjoy the Italian cuisine after swimming for that long.

You should def be eating more. If your trying to lose weight pick healthy items. And if you skip meals in the long run it doesn't help trust me I did the same thing. Because when you start eating again you just gain everything right back. Drinking water is good but you should eat 3 well balanced meals and healthy snacks in between that way that way you don't get hungry. Try an apple or celery with peanut butter on it. Mac n cheese isn't healthy and it tends to add the pounds especially if you eat it every day. Search for healthy foods on the internet that way you know what to buy the next time you go shopping than you have on the go and when you want to make a meal.
