Whight loss based on less calories or less volume?!

Question: does the serving size matter or the calories count? for example.. ( this is just for an example and is not real) imagine i eat 1 cup of noodles, that 1 cup of noodels equals 1000 calories, i eat this 4 times a day, ill get fat. but what if i eat 10 cups of noodels, this 10 cups of noodles only equal 350 calories, i eat this 4 times a day ill lose wieght. so my question is if its a huge enough meal will that outwiegh the low calorie count? or will i still lose wieght even though its a huge meal with low low calories?

Less calories!! Definetly!!

You can eat one tablespoon of heaped peanut butter or a massive salad with half the calories.

I eat 2 large servings of cooked or raw veggies a day, eather roasted, boiled or in salads. It keeps me totally full.
Weight loss is much more to do with calorie intake and not so much portion control.
I eat much more volume wise than most people i know, but its all low calorie stuff like veggies, fruits etc. (not to say i dont eat other things..)
Negative calorie foods are also important here. A NCF is something that makes your bodies burn more calories to digest than the food has. e.g. 60 calories of peas take 70 calories to digest, so - in effect, you are burning calories just by eating. Google a list of these foods for more options (the vast majority is fruits and vegetables, and if prepared the right way - you'l start to love eating these things).

Don't panic about eating a huge meal, because at the end of the day - calories are the only things that matter! Bearing in mind they are good calories (protein from lean meats and eggs, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, low fat dairy.) So as long as you eat less calories than what you burn in a day (your AMR = active metabolic rate)then you will certainly lose weight.

its the calories, not the volume
