Water. For only 30 minutes, you already have enough energy stored in your body. The problem you're going to face is not being able to get to that energy properly, and an energy drink or Gatorade type drink won't help you, sorry :( Just jog at a slow pace, and incorporate faster intervals until you can run a full 30min without stopping.

You will need to try different things to see what works for you. I knew various runners that had all different practices to pre-workout meals and drinks. Some drank protein mixes, slim-fast, red bull and other mixtures while others drank nothing or water. My advice, try something and see what works for you. Everyone is different and what works for one, might not necessarily work for another. Personally I think the slim-fast, boost, or any of the pre-mixed diet drinks should provide enough of the calories, vitamins and minerals you need to sustain a 30min run just check the labels and what it contains.

If you can handle cereal before a run, sometimes that works for me as well.

The local running store can also provide you with gels, bars, liquids, etc.
