Question: i need to lose 11 pounds in two months i have already lost 3 pounds is there things i can do to not eat after 7:30 please i got a dress for my sister wedding and it fit me every where except for the stomach i just need to take off 11 pounds how do i get my mind off food help

my kind of question lol
1.stop cravings by sucking on a cough drop
2.eat smaller portions.but regularly(every 2 or 3 hours)
3.jump rope for 20 min. a day(really works the abs!)
4.do 50 crunches in the morning and 50 at night
5.eat what u want but tiny portions of the bad things like pie or chocolate.thing mini size snickers lol
dont cut everything u like out.just dont eat it like its a veggie haha
if u want a brownie go for the smallest one and do an extra 10 crunches its that simple!
