Milk, Bad for your abs?!


Question: Ive heard that milk is bad for your abs because it puts a layer of fat on them. So what do I drink instead if I still want to get all of the vitamins and minerals in milk?

Milk isn't just bad for the abs. Milk is meant to provide babies with enough nourishment to grow exremely fast. Did you ever notice how all babies are fat? Thats because milk is suppose to make you fat- it's its job! In addition dairy cows are extremely mistreated! 70% of all dairy cows have a mammary gland infection- but their milk is still sold! Milk has pus and blood in it! It also removes calcium from your bones actually CAUSING osteoporosis!
Like the other person said- drink forified soy/ rice milk!

dairy is bad period. you could drink fortified soy/rice/almond milk.

Water, water, Water, water, water and more Water. Thank go out and buy yourself and good, hi quality daily vitamin, capsule or liquid preferabbly and your problem is solved. And yes, if your trying to get rock hard abs, Milk will definately hinder that refined, hard look, all dairy products for that matter, cheese, milk, ice cream etc should be avoided if your going for that chisled rock hard look.

Havent you heard? Milk does a body good!! you will gain weight if you sit around and do nothing and overeat. Milk is fine as long as you dont overdo it. keep exersising if you want to keep your abs.

Milk doesn't put a layer of fat on your abs... I don't know where you heard that. Carbs put a layer of fat on your abs. Last time I checked, there's barely any carbs in milk. Milk has fat, yes, which will only clog your arteries (haha, that's still bad though). Anything that's bad for you will most likely put fat on your abs, and milk is definitely not bad for you. It's very good for you. But too much milk is bad, of course.

I'm not sure but I do know for a fact becase my aunt is a doctor that drinking milk after the age of 12 is bad because it makes your bones weaker- even though when your younger then 12 milk is good for you
