After workout fatigue?!

Question: I was wondering if it's normal for me to feel fatigued the same time as my workout but the next day?? like if i work out today at say 11 am, then tomorrow at the exact same time i will feel really exhausted and have no energy and all i wanna do is lie down and sleep?? is this normal and what can i do to prevent this from happening?

i think what happens is your body expects you to work out, which will first of all actually give you more energy and endorphins.
when you don't work out, your body expects you to, so your heart rate probably goes up anyway, and makes you tired.

Good diet, Plenty of protein and fiber and eat 6 times a day.Stay away from caffeine.

The human body has its own clock. It's the same reason why we get tired around the same time each night or why we experience jet lag when we travel into a different time zone or why our bodies stop metabolizing food at a certain time if we have a consistent routine going.

So yes, it is natural. What you need to do is do everything gradually to get yourself into a certain rhythm or pattern of working out.

Most people have a set time to work out each day. If you don't do this, then at least try to keep your workouts either in the a.m. or in the p.m. and don't try to switch around too often. Allow your body to adjust to a time schedule of sort and you won't experience this problem.

Staying consistent is key. So pick a workout time you can commit to and you won't have that clock fatigue anymore. When the body realizes that 11:00 a.m is workout time and you ACTUALLY DO WORKOUT - the rhythm of this time will adjust accordingly and your energy patterns will follow.

Good luck!

Endurox is a replenishing supplement taking directly after workouts. I take and I don't even feel like I've worked out the next day! It repairs your muscles quicker then usual. Eat a lot of protein especially if your packing some muscle. And don't forget to consistently hydrate. Whats happening is that your not doing one of those and your muscles aren't healing the way they should. Remember these three things and you'll be fine. Supplement, Feed, and Hydrate you muscles and they take care of you! Good Luck

this sounds like a vitamin deficency.... i get the same reaction when i cut and split wood.. to go on i have to drink orange juice... i am not shure how the body works.. but i think that blood sugar is where we get the fuel to work.... next time before you work out.. drink a glass of orange juice with the pulp about a eight ounce glass.. before the work out and afterward.... you then should get a good nights sleep.. also i lift weights for thirty or more years... i take vitamins.. about a total of six kinds.. try some iron. on a regular basis and a b complex vitamin... also some gimsing.. one of thease ideas should help you...... but being tired is good .. it shows that you got a good cardio workout... thease are only suggestions that help me.. may not work on you.. but the orange juice is a must also you could be a marginal diabetic.. needing sugar.. you use up sugar when you exercize.. even with sex and bicycle riding etc.. ok gilermo..
