ok, first of all, do at least 30-50 sit ups every single day,that will help you lose your muffin weight.and do pull ups and push ups at least 30-40 times every day. and go out there in the sun and exercise a lot,like skipping and walking and jogging. i am very sure that will make you lose a few pounds or more of your muffin weight.
