How much weight can I lose in 2 weeks by eating 1000 cals a day low fat and carb!


Question: Like 1000 cal a day or lower
100g carbs or under
10g fat
I need to lose weight fast for a event.
I plan on exercising everyday. Diet will consist of fruits, veggies, dairy.

It is not so much how much I weigh as it is the weight that I currently have in my mid section it is not a lot, but it is noticable and not flattering to what I want to wear.

This sounds great. YOu can lose maybe about 5 lbs in the 2 weeks. but you really need to add Protein in this diet. Protein comes from anything that was alive. such as, milk, eggs and egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish, lean cuts of meat, nuts, seed and beans ..

With your exercise you should maybe do the same, but add some different cardio. Like if you have an areobics class you can go to for those 2 weeks(30mins everyday).. areobics are good for your heart and can be good to keep up even if your NOT TRYING to lose weight..

everything your doing sounds nice.. but maybe 1000 aint enough for your body.. you can put your body into the starvation mode, cuz the body will think "im not getting enough foods that i need, so i have to hold on to the fat so i wont shut down".. u should maybe add another 200-300 calories to the diet.. and dont drink ANYTHING that got calories cuz its called "empty calories" and its full of bad sugars.. if you NEED to drink a soda or someone, drink diet. No calories.. Water is much better though.

In two weeks...hmm, it really depends on how much you need to lose, but probably anywhere from 4-10 pounds.
