Question: Does anyone have a diet and excerise plan that will make me lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks?
Ok I dont want answers like its not healthy, cut off something, you can only lose a pound a week, blah blah!
I can't go to a gym, but i have some stuff at home.
Also, no diet pills or liquid diets.
PLEASE HELP!!!!

Run a lot with a plastic bag (meaning cut a hole for your arms and head to get through) or with a sweat shirt on. Don't eat any bread, salt or anything that will help your body retain water.

no carbs at all... this will really drop the weight! eat all the salads, meats green veggies, and salad dressings you want... eggs bacon stuff like that

30 pounds in 3 weeks? are you crazy? no i dont:)

I don't know if this is any help, but Tony Robbins lost about 30 lbs. in 30 days by following the food-combination programs in "Diet for Life" by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond.

You eat only fruit until noon, mostly raw/fruit and veggies, and NEVER combine proteins and starches.

so you mean you wanna lose 10 lbs. every week? I don't know about you but I guess you're gonna have to starve yourself.

I lost three lbs every week by just eating rice, veggies, and a "golf" ball sized meat. Plus I only drink water and I exercise like crap. Just eat this once a day so that you don't starve yourself.

A palm of rice, a "golf" ball size meat stir-fry with veggies. But, do not put oil in it and only a little bit of salt to make it taste good. Another thing, you can eat rice with sugar for a whole month.

Good Luck. I gained 50 lbs. with my second baby and lost it all with this diet. Hope it works for you.

I can not guarantee 30 pounds in three weeks but you will be one step closer -
1. keep your diet simple and easy borders on boring
egg whites
oatmeal plain
vegetables/salads simple
brown rice
fish
grapefruit
combination etc. nothing fancy
water only
good sleep
use the grid system - eat every 3 to 4 hrs
during the time block you should include cardio 20minutes min -strength something one body part -food / water
try this - don't cheat - you should start to see results in three days
-If change is not happening at longer cardio/more intense 5min more only
-And stop eating earlier in the evening
-weigh and measure yourself
-will begin tomorrow to let you know how much I have lost
