If i eat fruits only how much will i lose in about 3weeks?!

Ah I don't really think you need to loose weight, but hey if you want to drop a couple pounds, you won't be successful if you eat only fruits (they have tons of sugar) You have to consider calories. That diet would be very hard to do. I got an easier method.

Just decrease calories to 1500 a day and run couple times a week for 20 min to 30 min and your looking at 10 pounds lost, which in your case, I don't think you'll want to lose more. Drink TONS of water (6 16 ounce bottles a day) to help curb appetite and EAT BREAKFAST!!!! If possible spread calories throughout the day and eat no less than 2 hours before going to bed. Remember most of you calories should be in the beginning of the day not the end.

Instead of 3 weeks if you are in no early you can even cut out the running but it would take about a month to lose the same amount of weight. Also lift weights, I think you're girl, if you are don't be scared to lift weights, you won't get bulky. Lifting makes your metabolism soar even when you're not exercising something even cardio can't do.

I know you lost your mind already.

fruits are high in sugar, even if it is "healthy" sugar. I would look into some other type of diet that has all food groups, but low in fat/carbs.

if you eat only fruit and you eat too much of it YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT

you have to know how many calories what you eat has and how many you need to consume (should never be less than 1,200 or your metabolism will slow down and you won't lose weight as fast)

you just want to avoid mixing:
carbs and fat

normally you want either:
fat and protein
protein and carbs

fruits are carbs with alot of fiber.
fruits have good sugar.
It really healthy to do a digestive reset with fruit once and a while it will clean out your system. 3 weeks sounds about right, try it out every one is different...just try vegi for a while its good.

Ill go vegetarian every few months, and easily drop 10 lbs. but generally my workload is such that i cant sustain that for very long before I end up under feeding my work outs.

erm its best to eat than not to eat at all.
I would recommend eating a healthy mix of veg and fruit. avoid pastas etc. salads and fish are good.
eat 3 times a day and exercise twice a week. keep this up for about 5/6 months u should be down to 110lbs...

you cant JUST eat fruits.. your body will lack essential nutrients and you can get some vitamin deficiency. you need protein as well. a balanced diet is much healthier.. it doesn't hurt to add a lot more fruit in your diet, but restricting yourself to only fruit is not good for you at all.

Fruits are high in sugar. Limit fruits and add proteins, drink non-carbonated drinks (no sodas), low fat yogurt. Don't try to lose fast as you will gain it back just as fast if not faster
