I'm 5'2" and 105lbs. I cant gain weight, so I'm wondering, am I!


Question: I just hate that I cant gain weight, I sure can lose it..and it's hard to maintain this weight. I have a very small frame my bones are tiny and everything. I just dont wanna be too skinny. any help would be nice lol

Don't worry about your weight!!! Your fine. You aren't Super Skinny!!! DO NOT WORRY!!! itz ok. But if u think u weigh too much try MILK. LOts and lots of milk. You will get bigger and stronger bones with milk. Eat w/e u eat everyday, but drink more MILK!!! Hope this helps..=}????????

if you loose it just eat more - i have the same problem cause i do sports - so my weight always goes like + or - a pound...)))

Im 5ft tall,and 100pnds..i think you should be at least 110=)

U dont need to gain weight. my mom is 5'1" and 101 lbs and doesnt look 2 skinny at all. if u realy wana gain weight then work out. itll build muscle

your a little on the skinny side, if you want to gain try lots of milk bread and potatoes, trust it works

Actually 105 is in the average range for 5'2. I'm 5'2 as well and weigh 98 pounds, and have a hard time gaining weight as well. (I used to be 94 and it took 8 months to get where I am now). I saw my doctor about it and he said it was okay because people with small frames are usually just built that way. And the average for our height is something around 103 pounds.
Bottom line is your fine the way you are.

You are not too skinny. Just be healthy, eat right, take your vitamins, etc. and don't worry about it. As you get older your metabolism will slow down and you likely won't have this problem any longer. Your life is so much more than how much you weigh and what you look like. (I know, hard to believe now, but trust me, some day you'll look back on this and cringe.)

I am in the same boat. i CANT gain weight physically impossible. but no you are healthy at that weight if u cant gain anything. apparently you SHOULDNT gain anything

No you are not too skinny I am 5'6 116 and I'm not even skinny just kinda thin..I have a small frame too though.

You are what you are if you were over weight you would have the same problem Im a bit big so thank your lucky stars you dont have to carry extra weight.
You cant complain just thank yourself lucky and focus on who you are good luck.

that doesn't sound tooo skinny. some people just are prone to being skinny. most people have the opposite problem. you just may have a rev-ed up metabolism. take advantage and eat, but still eat healthy b/c you can still have high blood pressure even if your skinny. try more protein rich foods, to gain weigh you need to burn less calories then you intake. I wouldn't get to caught up in it. later on down the road it just may turn around and losing weight might not happen. I really don't know how o answer this but I wanted to say that your part of a lucky few (I'm not fat but a former bigboy that would love to just be "skinny-er").

No you're not skinny, that's a healthy weight for someone with such a small frame.

If that's your real photo, your face doesn't look thin and haggard like malnourished people's faces do - you look normal and healthy.

If you want to bulk up a bit, do it through exercise and working out, not by eating lots of bread and potatoes.

as long as your comfortable with your bod!!.. thats all that counts!
