they had the videos on Comcast ONdemand for a month or two for free. not sure if they are still up, but honestly the 2 times i tried i could hardly keep up with the video. I felt like an idiot and Im not in bad shape. I could see how it would get you in good shape though. Im not sure that it would make your abs look like they show, but certainly it probably does tone your body.
i received hip hop abs as a gift, i gave it a shot but it was so corny and childish i couldn't even get through it. He was really animated and hard to take him seriously. I'm 29, so maybe it would be good for someone in middle or high school. Hope this helps a little.
I can't comment on Hip Hop Abs, but if you want those abs to develop, you have to be sure your body fat is low so they won't be covered up. There is one excellent program that I'm using if you want to read up on it. There are a lot of misconceptions about abs that are revealed and explained in this literature.
Do a 180 degree push up. (I do it and got 6). Do it on your bed.
Oh and watch your neck.
