What is a good way to exercise?!

Question: The best 'exercises' are activities.

Try dance classes, orienteering, learn to ride a BMX or a horse, learn a Martial Art, improve your swimming strokes, or get out&about in a kayak or on a bike.

By doing activities instead of gymwork, you'll feel like you're having fun, rather than 'exercising'. That usually makes people work harder for longer without noticing it. The movements used in doing an activity will usually vary more than those performed in a gym session, so that you gain skills, capability and confidence more quickly.
