Is it better to walk in the morning or at night?!

Walking at night isn't necessarily bad, but the slightly elevated heart rate may keep you from falling asleep at night quickly. certainly morning time is the best because fresh air and high level of oxygen in the atmosphere

I walk in the morning for 40 min, Then at night for as long as i want so if its to late to walk at night after my day is done i didn't miss my walk for the day.

Morning to help your metabolism

Definately in the morning. Your peak energy level for the day occurs usually around 2 hours after you wake up. SO you will feel more energeized to do so. Plus yes...it will help get the metabolism going for the rest of the day.
