Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

it sounds like you're doing alright now. "diet" just means what you eat and drink. most people think it means trying to lose weight. yoyo dieting is when someone loses a lot of weight and gains it back then loses it again then gains it back, like a yoyo going up and down quickly. eat a well balanced diet and stay active and you'll stay healthy and slim.

thats good what your doing... i think you should keep doing that and eventuallly you will be the right weight... if you try anything drastic like not eating enough or over excercising you will wont feel good and you will drop too much weight... good luck!
