Workout plan..?!


Question: does anyone know where i can get one? or you can make me one lol..

its just that somedays i go running, and sometimes i try to do things with the stability ball but its never really organized or anything at all..

ok, check this out- its hard to stay organized and pay attention to what you eat, but both of you, (the girl asking the question, and the girl in the first answer) you should go to sparkpeople.com! it tells you what days to work out, what to eat, and you can put your own workouts and what you eat and it tells you HOW to workout and everything. i love it, you guys should try it

I've been asking these questions like everyday for a week now and no one ever answers them.

It's so hard to stay determined to work out if you have no goals or plans.

And I also have no where to start.

hmph.

what's your goal? do you want to loose weight? build muscle? both?

learn aerobic kickboxing.

Eat nothing but fruits and veggies for two weeks, You would only drink water...
AND

5-10 minutes stretching (every day)
30 minutes elliptical (at least 4 times/week)
30 minutes weight lifting (at least 3 times/week)
20 minutes soccer training (at least 3 times/week)

or the sacred heart (google it)

You need to have a schedule and stick to it. I think that classes are a good way of doing this eg circuits or spinning. You then know what time you have to be there and once you get into a routine you will find it easier to stick to as you'll feel guilty if you don't go. Working out on your own is very difficult in terms of motivation.
