Will i see weight loss results with this routine?!


Question: hey there, so i plan on wanting to lose some weight, i want to lose about 20-40 pounds, so this is what i'm doing: I eat 6 meals daily, i eat the three main meals, and 3 or 2 snacks in between, each will be 3 hours apart. I will stop eating before 6:00 pm, and i'm going to cut out all junk food, up my tea nad water. (I really only drink water r ight now.)

And for my exercise, i'm doing walk slim: http://www.lesliesansone.com/ i'm currently doing a 30 minute, interval training one, and i stop it like with 2 minutes left so i can stretch by myself, than i use my hula hoop and jump rope for a while. I'll do some sit up and push ups, and than i'll lift some weights. (Nothing heavy, i ahve 3, 5 and 8 pound weights.) so i'd be like just raising them, doing a curl, ect.

will i see results with this? Please note i'm like 14 and 143 pounds, at 5'2, and i just want to become healthy, i plan on taking my time with this. :] so will i see results, and how much weight can i lose before june? thx.

Yes, you should definately see results with this as long as you stick to it. Just remember to be patient. When weight loss is slower, it has a better chance of staying off. Also, remember to give yourself a day off once a week so that you do not over do it. You can over-train. I am battling that problem myself right now. Working out too hard with not enough calories.
You sound like you have a good, stong plan and I love that you said you just want to be healthy. That's important. Good Luck!
