50 calories a day and working out?!

Question: will i lose weight fast?

Answers: will i lose weight fast?

Yes, really fast.

yes...you will soon be a skeleton in a grave...you have to consume atleast 1200 calories a day for your body to remain functional.

No, but you'll be dead, so your weight won't matter anymore

50 calories a day isn't enough to keep a mouse alive. Eat some food and work out.

50 cals?
why bother eating at all?
I inhale that much standing next to someone eating a burger

You will lose weight....but it's VERY unhealthy...and also there's a 90% chance you will put it right back on.

You will die fast.

You can't live off of 50 calories a day

NO that is so unhealthy for you, your body could react differently from how you want it to, it can have the reverse effect, just eat healthy foods with a regualr intake of calroies and get a personal trainers advice on how and how often you should work out

I don't think you'll last too long....

How could you possibly only take in 50 calories a day unless youre eating NOTHING? Even a damn Wasa cracker is 30 calories. No your body will go into starvation mode and conserve fat.

i would reccomend to leat ATLEAST 10 times what you are eating now, you need more energy than that to sleep, if you carry on like this your body will start to kinda eat itself

50 calories a day plus working out and you will be dead. Maybe not dead, but you sure as hell wouldn't be a good-looking human. You need to eat more, in order to lose weight. I know that sounds weird, but at least up to 1300 calories a day would be good, and 30 minutes of cardio. I hate people who are like this, people who want to lose weight fast and all. Your a HUMAN, and you need your HUMAN body to have some time!!

50? That's barely anything.

Even the most unsafe diets are still a few hundred calories a day.

If you're interested in losing weight, working out is definitely needed, however make sure you eat a proper diet. Even if it's some random diet, it should definitely be giving you more than 50 calories a day.

what is with all these starvation questions on here??

for pete's sake, eat something. if you want to lose weight, do your body a favor (and the rest of us that are sick of seeing these B.S. questions) and do it the healthy way.. watch what you eat, excercise regularly, cut your caloric intake to about 1200-1500 calories/day.

yeah i think

Nope, you'll get sick. Your best bet is to keep working out and to eat healthy foods. Bear in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So you can see your weight go up, but find that you are more toned and leaner. You need those calories for your body to function. If you try to starve yourself your body will recognize it and your metabolism will lower and any food you do eat will be converted to fat since your body recognizes that you are starving. Remember that your body needs that energy (calories) from food just to function. The more muscle you put on from working out the more calories will be alloted to maintain those muscles. So muscle is good, starving yourself isn't!

Yes.... there'll be some side effects though: death, starvation that sort of thing.

You need to fuel your working out.

You'll get headaches, stomach pains and get dizzy and then won't be able to work.

THE RED CROSS IS ON ITS WAY!!! but no, this will most likely kill you. And even if you ate 1000 calories a day then you'll still not lose weight. You need to eat more than usual to allow your metabolism to speed up(eating healthy of course) try to eat six or so small meals a day. Try to find a website with a "calorie intake calculator" that also factors in how much you exercise. Just google it.

You'll have no energy to work out. What would possess you to do such a stupid thing?

I agree with Chikoo.......

yes. you will lose weight fast, and your body will enter starvation mode. Your metabolism will slow down in the attempt to keep as many calories as it can, meaning that once you do start to eat (the other option would be dying) you will gain weight fast.

*yawn* what a stupid question.
Are you expecting a round of applause or something?
Anyone can starve... it takes a lot more courage to actually do it properly and have the patience to wait for the weight loss.

hunny you will put the weight back on.
That is what i did and i gained it all back the next week
