How healthy is my breakfast?!


Question: 3 slices of green apple
3 slices of salami
1 bowl of GoLean: High Protein and High Fiber Cereal
1 slice of cheese
2 tangerine
1 bowl of salad
and multivitamin

I think this is pretty healthy, but if anyone out there has suggestion, please let me know. I try to eat healthy because I find college foods to be not that healthy.

Wow, that breakfast is huge. It's pretty healthy but depends on what your goals are. If you're trying to bulk up or maintain your weight, it's good. If you're trying to lose weight/fat, then you should probably spread that over 2 meals (small, more frequent meals are better to speed up your metabolism).

that is a HUGE breakfast..
i don't eat breakfast

compare it to my breakfast and see how it healthy it is.

3 strips of bacon
4 fried eggs
1 bowl of oatmeal
2 french toast
1 glass of milk
sometimes left overs from the night before.

For me, i would skip the salami, but for you i guess you are still growing and probably have active lifestyle, your choices is excellent. CONGRATULATIONS.
