Help me add inches to my arms!?!


Question: i've been weightlifting for about a year and a half and have seen considerable results but i need to keep mixing up my workout, do you have any suggestions of certain workouts?

i have 20 lb dumbbells, 30 pound dumbbells, an ez curl bar and a bench press...

and i already know everything about protein, eating right and supplements...

I dont really buy into that bullshit of mixing it up you should though to work other muscles but besides that **** it

AS long as your doing 3 sets of a workout you should be trying to add 5 pounds to it a week. so i would say go buy some more weights or go to a gym.

as long as your lifting is intense it well get you stronger, eat food thatll make em big

there is no such thing as a pump! a pump will do nothing for your arms no matter what people say on how "cool" it looks

hahaha you wanna know the real secret to big arms?
"YOU HAVE TO LIFT BIG WITH YOUR LEGS IN ORDER TO GET BIG ARMS"

if you work out your legs like **** your whole body and testosterone will go up

for dumbbell curls just put on like 50 LB and curl it till you cant anymore

Do it harder and do pushups.

push yourself to the next level (heavier weights, more reps, more sets) you have to give it all you have or your not gonna gain much

do enough so your arms are sore...thats when you know its working
