What are some cardio exercises I can do at home?!

Question: Walk at a pace that is nearly a run, but isn't. Don't jog unless you are used to it and have begun at a young age. You will begin to sweat and your heart will definitely begin to beat faster.

Also, do you have any steps of any kind? Go up and down them. Speed isn't necessarily the issue. Just do it enough for you to become nearly out of breath!

Walking, riding a bicycle, going up and down steps. All are good cardio workouts. Hold cans of soup in each hand.

Also, you can put a can of soup into a long sock and tie it around your ankles for added weight on each leg to increase the resistance as well.

Good luck
