How many ab crunches must I do.... (Details)?!


Question: I have recently started doing 1 hour of step aerobic and I know I have to do ab work aswell so how many crunches do you think I should do everyday?

Please I am fully commited to this so please give me the best information you can.

I wouldn't do crunches every day, you need to let your abs rest to build. Work them every other day or 2-3 times a week.

Do as many crunches as you can, then immediately start doing sit ups as many as you can, then immediately start doing as many leg lifts as you can. After that, take a 1-2 min rest, then do it again, do this 2-3 times.

On your sit ups, put your feet under something stable. On crunches, keep your hands behind your head.
