Which soup is better? Higher cals & lower fat, or lower cals and higher fat?!
Question: There are two soups:
Soup #1 has 3 grams of fat and 210 calories per serving.
Soup #2 has 1 gram of fat and 260 calories per serving.
I like them both equally, along with my side salad and grilled entre. Both seem decently healthy but I'm just curious: which is better?

Clearly, soup choice #1. Moderate intake of fat is not bad for you unless it's Trans Fat and Saturated Fat. Your soup probably has neither. In fact, you SHOULD incorporate fat into your body - it has a lot of positive benefits. Plus, given the rest of your meal - salad, grilled entree - you probably are eating a minimal amount of fats - you'll need some to help you feel fuller longer (and prevent snacking). So go with Soup #1 every time in this case.
i think higher calories and lower fat...
neither both bad look for medium cal and medium fat or both low cal and low fat
