Hey,

I found this website that has pretty solid information about abs and how to get them.

I've been trying it with success. It is called, the truth about abs

Here's the link:

good luck!

Just keep crunching.

lay on the floor. first look at your hands and make them into the shape of a triangle palms flat (your thumbs and pointer fingers make a triangle but all of your other fingers are straight and together) do this shape under your back/ butt bone(right above you "butt crack" sorry...) lift your feet and head off the ground the same amount ( about 4-6 inches ) suck in your stomach ( pull your belly button in as much as possible) lay there with your head up and move your feet together (toes pointed)up and down go from your feet about 2 inches off the ground to about a foot off you should feel your abs. also try the same move except the triangle under your back bone put your arms at your sidethis time (pointed out/stretched out)and move your arms from just above the ground to a couple inches off tthe ground you should see your abdominal area "moving" try www.ivillage.com

they have the same exercises only pictures

good luck

try doing sit ups or go online and look up abdominal exercises . You should find alot

Dude, what's your diet like? Also, you need no weights for abs. Yes, crunches, leg lifts, flutter kicks all help--but your form must be good--and you have to push it past the burning sensation to see gains--plus you must stretch--consult a local trainer at the gym or perhaps a coach. Also, when doing other exercises, with weights or not, always flex the core(abs) and get them into it. EX--Do pull ups and dips and flex the abs when doing the exercise or exhaling. Stay disciplined and dedicated. Good luck man.

I'm in the same boat, friend.... Still working taking the fat off the six pack underneath.

However, if you are already engaged in physical activity, it may be more about your diet. Famous quote by Justin Leonard that claims, "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!"
