What are the best and most effective ways to build up your muscles?!

2 months is stretching it. Some things take time. Try eating more protein (meats, beans, soy). Make sure to lift weights and workout or else it'll just become fat. Workout your whole body but then just do some extra stomach workouts.

get a AB LOUNGE. it's pretty good. Just work out for 1 hour every other day. Don't work out too much or your body might shut down.

u willhave to excersize. it is not hard really. there are many different excersizes u can do to work out different muscles. if u do 1 hr 4-5 days a week and u have no fat on your body then u should be good in 2 months.

You are very young just remember when you build muscle and stop working out it will turn to flab. Do crunches, standing with your habds behind your head, bend foward and suck in your stomach. You will feel this so be careful, and enjoy your youth.

Ok most importantly try to get enough sleep especially after you work out. Then you need to eat better and increase the amount of protein you intake and decrease refined sugar. And never work out for more than 50 minutes and once you are done eat a protein bar with 20 g of protein. Work out hard but make sure you then allow yourself enough time to rest.

Ok for the six pack the most important thing is losing fat. Abs do generally not grow very much so you need to get your body fat down to be able to see your abs. So doing ab exercises twice a week and moderate cardio 4 times a week is important.

well you need to eat some meat, but not that much because it will make you fat, the ab lounge is alright, try mixing dancing with fighting, or learn to do salsa or cha cha!

P90X is the most incredible program to get what you are looking for and my 17 year old son and 14 year old daughter do it with me and my husband. It takes at least an hour each day, but the results in 90 days are tremendous. Diet is also important. You must eat protein (or take supplements) each 3 to 4 hours to feed the muscle which burns off stored fat. I'm giving you a couple of links for a supplements that feed the muscle/gives definition to muscles while you work out.
